RRKK is just an average movie, but Dil Raju will be a happy guy that his movie is making some money. Though Josh and Maro Charithra have left him with bad experiences, he still did not back off spending money for this movie. Well he has no other choice :P.
Frankly speaking there are only three types of movies.
1) Family drama. For ex: Bommarillu, Ninne pelladatha, Murari, Santosham and most of the Venki movies are few biggest hits in this category :)
2) Love stories. For ex: Manmadhudu, Sakhi, Geetanjali, Yem Maya chesave, Maro charithra(old) are ever green love stories .
3) Commerical movies : action movies which really dont have ne script nor story and which are made just to make money. All the high budget movies come under this category.

RRKK is a pucca commercial movie with an old plot where every next scene can be predicted.
The Plot :
-- Arjun is a don in mumbai. His wife, Gracy singh gets shot by the villan gang. She always wanted him to stay away from all this gang war. So he leaves mumbai and settles in a village named GandhiPuram with his two sisters of which one them is the heroine, Priya Anand.
-- Nasar plays the role of ram's father and is the head of the village.
-- Ram is this hot blooded guy who keeps fighting with every one and arjun hates his character
-- Ram's brother and Heroine's sister are classmates who love each other.
-- Arjun hates this family because of Ram's arrogant behaviour.
-- So these lovers run away to mumbai to get married but ram stops the marriage and promises them that he will talk to his parents and Arjun and convince them for this marriage .
-- Here comes the twist: Ram fights with the same old villan gang who killed Gracy singh and who are still in search of Arjun.
-- Ram escapes from mumbai and puts arbit fight in order to convince Nasar and Arjun and gets his brother engaged to Priya's sister.
-- Climax : Villans come down to Godavari where Arjun and Ram team up and kill them.

Now, don't u feel that this is an old story. Director's must stop making such movies and should come up with good scripts. Srivaas, director of this movie took two years to make this script. His earlier movie Lakshyam was good and family oriented which had story and making values. He has improved a lot as director and his songs picturisation is very good. The third song of the film which is based on the festival sankranthi has been potrayed real good.
The first half is pretty boring and the story does not move forward at all and u feel as u are stuck in the time.

Exactly 10 mins before the interval, the character called Lechipoyina Subba Rao(LSR) played by Padmashri brahmanandam will make u jump over your seats.
My god.. this 10 mins of superb comedy will get u over the boredom the director has created till then. Believe me. It is this 10 mins which has saved the first half from being called WORST.
"Shevaala tho Savaal enti ra" is a dialouge which will make u ROTFL. His timing and acting is really GAWD level.

Second half is fast and story runs at rocket speed.

Plus points :
-- Ram comes up with another highly energetic performance as always and has this extra-ordinary talent of delivering the dialouges at shane bond's pace.
-- The character of Arjun and Nasar is just ok.
-- Priya Anand is lol.. Bindhu Madhavi is lol maaaaaax
-- Biggest plus point is that Brahmi's 10 mins comedy episode. His appearance in the second half is just ok.

Interesting Points :
-- The lady who played the role of Priya anand's sister is too cute . She is 1000 times better than Priya.
-- Bindu Madhavi who was bubbly in Avakai biryani is now slim like shakira :)
-- Arjun dubs for himself.
-- A daler mehendi song . M.M. keeravani Likes Daler .
-- Remember Baaji rao from the movie Vikramaarkudu ??. He is know for the dialouge "mera betaaa..mera betaaaa". Well, he is the the villan from mumbai :).
He repeats that beta dialouge in this movie too.
-- U get to see Gracy singh after 8 years in a telugu movie. Guess what? she is just 29 years old :P. Yeah I too was shocked.

The only dialouge I remember is : "Cheyyi kalipithey nuvvu chache daaka vadalanu , kaani ade cheyyi naa paine vesthey ninni champe daaka vadalanu"

I think the directors of the Tollywood industry have taken us granted that we will watch ne kinda crappy movie they make. If there was no character called LSR, I am damn sure that RRKK would have gone to dogs and Dil Raju along with his co-producers sirish-lakshman would have packed thr bags by now.

The quality of telugu movies is going down drastically. I am happy that we still have directors who made Yem Maya Chesave and Leader and who can give us few good movies in future.
{Movies Released in 2010} - {Yem Maya Chesave,Leader} are just lol and time waste. These hype creators should be put in jail. They are capitalizing the trust which we have on them and this is no way different to what Satyam Rama Linga Raju did. He too ditched his trustee's and we, the movie lovers are forcing ourselves to watch such crappy movies and getting fcked up.

Dil Raju is an intelligent producer who has released RRKK in a month where no other telugu movies are scheduled to release. Stud Bussiness Plan :).

Go ahead if u are jobless and can spend around Rs.150 for bramhi, Slim Bindu Madhavi and Priya anand's sister.
Or just wait for that Rs 35/- Moserbaer DVD :P

PS : KITES is gib maaaaaaaaaaaax. I don't think it deserves to be cribbed with a blog :P. I haven't watched it and thanks to my friends who have warned me not to watch

Simha.. Ha Ha

Let me start off with a joke :

Jr.NTR : Babai(NBK), I heard that Simha's collections are way more than the Magadheera's
NBK : Come on dude, Adhurs has already made more money than Magadheera.
Jr.NTR : Stop Joking Babai.
NBK : you started it. :P

SimHa .. Ha Ha.
40 mins of fights, 40 mins of songs, 60 mins of non-sense dialogues, 10 mins of junk comedy and 10 minutes for titles . This sums up for a HIT.

PR team of this movie have succeeded in spreading the "HIT" talk. Like all the movie lovers, I was one of the victims who fell for it. Got free tickets of INOX,Hyderabad.

The show started at 6.50 PM . As usual NBK's movie is painful to watch and the person next to me gave up and dozed off. I turned to the other side and looked at my dad. My dad's face had this expression which I put when I was going to the school for the first time. Unhappy, uncomfortable, pained, stressed :P . As movie lovers we never walk out of the theatre irrespective of how boring the movie is and so I continued watching.

Twenty mins into the movie which had a fight sequence and Namitha's song.
Its a real feast for Namitha fans. NBK has showed more enthu dancing with Namitha when compared to his enthu dancing with Nayantara and Sneha Ullal. He handled her very well in the first song, in other terms "Namitha ni nalipesaadu mana bhalayya".

Story ain't new at all.
-- Hero fights with villan gang to save heroine
-- Heroine's father has some business clash with the villan gang
-- Heroine stays at hero's house
-- Arbit scene == Heroine's father tries to kill the hero but hero's grandma jumps in between and gets the knife
-- Twist == Heroine's father turns out to be her son-in-law.
-- Flashback : The villan's father kills NBK's father (another NBK) :P
-- Climax : NBK takes revenge and Hoists a Chennai Super Kings Flag (Simha) :P

I guess director is very much influenced by Rajamouli's direction.
-- The interval scene is similar to simhadri's interval episode,
-- NBK uses the same weapon which was used in simhadri, modified it by adding symbol of Lion.
-- In the flash back episode, director tried to put the fight sequence from Magadheera where Kaala Bhairava kills 100 men. He did try to show it differently but failed miserably.

Funny scenes:
-- Last scene of flashback episode where Nayanatara dies and NBK who is about to die pulls her on to his lap and at this point he tried to immitate "Jagapathi babu's last scene from anthapuram".
-- NBK dies holding the weapon stiff in his hand :P.

2 hrs into the movie I really had this doubt "naaku jarupu kovataaniki naa next bday vuntunda ?".
You get to hear few dialogues about "Maa Vamsham..Maa Nana" and all.
"Vamsham ante maadi ra.. Vaaladi Buradha Vamsham."

Irritating dialogue : "Nenu kodithey ..treatment cheyyinchu kodaaniki nee aasthi antha pettina saripodu "
He also uses the word "Pilla P**ka". I was surprised and I did not expect this from you Balayya :P

One of lollest scenes : Now this is in the flashback episode: Kinda incest.
NBK's sister asks Nayanatara . " Maa annaya eppudu serious ga vuntaadu kada, mari raatri bedroom lo ela handle chesthaavu". (How do u handle a serious guy like my brother when it comes to the bedroom). Now why will a sister wanna know how good is her brother in the bedroom ?

Plus points :
-- This is the best performance of Nayanatara till date.
-- One will enjoy this movie if and only if he/she is a die hard fan on Ballaya.
-- NBK did prove that he can still do powerful roles.
-- Hats-off to his dialogue delivery style.

Satires :

"Oka vaipe choodu..inko vaipu choosthey chachi pothavu" --> "Cinema oka saare choodu.inko saari choosthey chachi pothaavu"

"Nenu maatletappudu nee chevulu thappa migitha edi pani chesina ,neeku jarupuvu kovadaaniki next
bday vundadu" ---> "Heart kooda pani cheyya koodadu, hence no next bday" :P

"Nenu kodithey treatment jarupokavataaniki nee aasthi anta pettina saripodu" --> "nuvvu kottakarledu.. nee cinema choosthey chaalu"..

Over all : Simha Ha Ha is just a mere waste of time and money.
